Harry "Boo Doo" Danos

Harry “Boo Doo” Jerry Danos, 97, native and resident of Cut Off, LA, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Harry is survived by his wife of 76 years, Mrs. Gloria C. Danos; his children, Aaron (Trudy) Danos, Sr., Robert (Scarlett) Danos, and Patsy Baker; his grandchildren, Aimee (Toby) Crawford, Aaron (Toni) Danos, Jr., Addie (Brad Ward) Danos, Alissa (Jason) Moore, Lea (Wallie) Bruce, Bo Danos, Jon (Kayla) Danos, Bob Danos, Jarrod (Joy) Baker, and Luke Baker; his 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. 

Mr. Harry was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Michael Danos; his great-granddaughter, Isabel Anne Bruce; his parents, Roseluce and Eugenie Danos; and his brothers, Gerald, Randolph, Claude, and Anthony “Cowan” Danos.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM. The visitation will continue on Tuesday, April 21, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 9:30AM until the service time. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 12:00PM. A graveside service will follow in the Church’s cemetery.
