Harold J. Griffin, Sr., 72, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Thibodaux, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM Monday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Neva Savoie Griffin; son, Harold "Butch" Griffin, Jr. (Kristie); step son, John Kieff (Edwanna); mother, Elda Griffin, brother, Steve Griffin; sisters, Mary Burrows, Gloria VanHartesveldt, Lu Tucker; grandchildren, Regan and Jonathan Kieff; 4 great grandchildren; 2 grandchildren on the way and grandfur babies, Harley John, Dory Ma Ree' and Bongo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harris Griffin; daughter, Cherie Marie Griffin; step son, Rod Kieff and grandsons, Darby Cheramie and Clarence Terrebonne.
