Gloria Plaisance Bourg, 67, a native and resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Friday, June 6, 2014 at Holy Savior Catholic Church, Lockport, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Friday at Holy Savior Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church mausoleum.
She is survived by her son, Jacob Bourg and wife Dawn; daughters, Jennifer Bourg and companion, Bridgette Kennedy, Jeannette Bourg Monyelle and husband Bo; grandchildren, Ashley and Clay Monyelle, Landon Bourg, Trevis, Gavin and Mikeala Sherman and a baby girl on the way; brothers, Wade, Ray, Dale, Joey Plaisance; sisters, Marilyn P. Hebert, Mary Belle P. Boudreaux, Judy Plaisance and Joy P. Adams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anatole "Nat" Bourg; parents, Julien Plaisance, Sr. and Cecile LeBlanc Plaisance; brothers, Gerard, Gene, Ernest, Reed, Julien, Jr., Joseph Plaisance; sisters, Ruth Loupe and Debra Plaisance.
