Glenn R. Durbin

Glenn R. Durbin, 77, a resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA. Military Honors will be at 10:00 am. Religious services will be at 11:00 am.

He is survived by his wife, Celia Durbin; daughters, Shelley Foster (William), Heather Sezeen (Chris), Priscilla Trahan and Brigette Breashears; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Chris Durbin (Cindy) and Randy Durbin (Karen); sisters, Mary Bravo (Clint) and Elaine Yetta (Vincent) and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Veronica Durbin; brothers, Johnny Durbin, Gary Durbin and Ricky Durbin.

Glenn worked as an operator for Union Carbide for 32 years and hot shot for 10 years after retiring. He was a self- learned and avid gardener, carpenter and cook. He enjoyed crabbing. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
