George Joseph Breaux, 75, a native of Raceland and a resident of McNeill, Miss., died at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012.
A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until funeral time, 12 p.m. Saturday at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12 p.m. Saturday at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews.
He is survived by his son, Anthony Breaux; brother, Melvin Belala; sister, Shirley Dufrene; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna mae P. Breaux by his first marriage, and Shirley Breaux by his second marriage; mother, Marguerite Detillier; grandparents, Eugene and Marie Bernard.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
