Frank “Tuttie” Hoogeveen Jr, 90, a native and resident of Raceland, La, passed away on Saturday, March 1st, 2025.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 11th from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, with a burial to follow at St. Hilary Cemetery.
Frank is survived by his; son, Frank “Teddy” Hoogeveen III, son-in-law; Sidney Roddy, Jr; and granddaughter, Rita Ann Hoogeveen.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Kate Prosperie Hoogeveen; daughters, Rhonda H. Roddy and Melanie B. Hoogeveen.
“Tuttie” retired from Bollinger Shipyard.
