Frank B. Billiot, 88, a native of Point Aux Chene and resident of Galliano, passed away on May 5, 2017. Visitation will take place on May 9, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9 am until service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11 am with burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Mr. Frank is survived by his wife Theresa N. Billiot, children; Irvin Billiot (Kathy), Linda B. Kiffe (Edmond), Wanda B. Albrecht (David), Stacey B. Payton (Tim), and Ellen B. Ward (Kerry), many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sisters; Bridget Matherne, Dorcina Dupre, Odelia Verdin, and Gladys Roussell.
Mr. Billiot was preceded in death by parents; Elphege and Emilia D. Billiot, brothers; Alexis, Paris, Gustave, Elphere, and Orleans, sisters; Agathe Billiot, Augustine Kreppel, and Nellie Billiot.
He loved cutting the grass along the fence with a meat cleaver, push mowing his grass, working his garden, saving copper, cans, and pull tabs; and was funny until the end. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
