Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Bethel Christian Ministries, Galliano, LA. Religious services will be at 2:00 pm Friday. Burial will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Abshire Cemetery in Kaplan, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Gesser; sons, Jason Gesser (Andrea), Todd Gesser (Carmella); daughter, Tina Dardar (Darrin); daughter-in-law, Sharon Gesser; sister, Dula Mae “Bea” Locke; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Gesser; parents, William and Enola Abshire; brothers, Hubert, Pervis and Doris Abshire and sisters, Helen Lemaire, Ada Hebert and Mildred Abshire.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
