Emeldia C. Breaux, 93, a native of Lockport passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023.
A visitation will take place at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Friday, February 10th from 9:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial following at Holy Savior Cemetery.
Emeldia is survived by her loving children: Royce Breaux, Sr. (Linda), and Angie Breaux (James); grandchildren: Royce Breaux, Jr. (Alyssa), Renee Authement (Stephen), Brandi Gideon (Bobby), Robert “Sean” Gros (Stephanie), and Kyle Hebert; great grandchildren: Mathew Roy Breaux, Norah Authement, Audrey Matherne, Elijah Gideon, Alexa Breaux and Brady Gideon and is also survived by: daughter, Royetta Arabie (Terry); grandchildren: Tiffiny Grabert (Danny), Tricia Adams (Kerry), TerriLynn Gravois-Arabie (Reesa), Trey Arabie; great grandchildren: Brittany Chauvin (Travis), Ashlyn Grabert, Ty Grabert, Cole Grabert, Wes Grabert, Colleen Rogers (Peyton), Dylan Adams, Blake Adams, Carly Adams; great great grandchildren: Declan Rogers, Stella Rogers, Micah Rogers, with Sawyer Adams, Andi Grace Chauvin and Austyn Leigh Chauvin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy “Paw” Joseph Breaux; parents: Rene and Constance Curole; brothers: Lester, Earl, Alcee, Hector, Guy and Nolan Curole; and sisters: Mildred Knight, Pearl Broussard and Hilda Landry.
In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred.
