Edward “Pookie” Boudreaux, 75, a native of Mathews and a resident of Raceland, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018.
Visitation will be from 8:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy P. Boudreaux; daughters, Angela LeBlanc (Keith) and Marcy Reeves (Shawn); grandchildren, Abbie and McKenzie; great grandchildren, Kinlee and Kolt; brothers, Chester, Carol and Edgar Boudreaux.
He was preceded in death by his son, Chad Michael Boudreaux; parents, Numa and Ophelia Boudreaux and sisters, Hazel Simon and Eunice St. Pierre.
Pookie was a member of Sugarland Country Club and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved being with family and friends.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
