Earl Walker, Jr., 57, a native and resident of Raceland, La. passed away on September 6, 2024 with his loving family near his side.
A visitation will be on September 17, 2024 at St. Hilary’s of Poitier’s Catholic Church from 9:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with burial in the church cemetery.
Earl is survived by his daughter; Cydni Lynn Walker, parents; Vernell “Nell” and Lawrence Autin, Earl, Sr. and Roberta Walker, siblings; Nancy (Paul) Curole, Chris (Danielle) Autin, Tara (Ferrel) Ledet, Christy Walker, Jason Walker, Rhonda Olson and Amanda Hollowell, best friend; Sharon Landry Walker, and her children; Joshua (Tabitha) Dodd, and Megan Vick, grandchildren; Cheyenne and Vincent, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Earl was preceded in death by his grandparents; Hollis and Zera W. Jones, Levis and Malvina Autin, Lora Eurustus, Kathleen and Pauline Walker, brother; Lawrence “Larry” Autin Jr. , niece; Lauren Autin, and nephew; Clint Cheramie.
Earl was a member of Mechanized Calvary and Sons of the Confederate Veterans. He loved riding his motorcycle, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Earl had a special bond with his uncle Willie C. Jones and his family. Earl always said his greatest accomplishment in his life was his daughter Cydni.
