Earl Joseph "Tee" Duet

Earl Joseph (Tee) Duet passed away on October 27th, 2025. He was born on February 5th, 1954. He was a dedicated tugboat captain for most of his life. He lived his life filled with a gentle like strength and a heart filled with love and kindness.

He is survived by this beloved spouse Jennifer Duet; his children, Traneice Bouzigard (Beau), Chance Duet (Trisha), Kelsey Cheramie (Kris) and Talon Duet. Grandchildren Chaz Duet, Kealen Duet, Savannah Bergeron, Katie Duet and Zoey Cheramie. And sister JoAnn Bruce and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by this father Early (Spot) Duet, mother Rosina V. Duet, sisters Cindy Duet and Rose Cheramie.

He was at peace being outdoors hunting and fishing. He had a special kind of love for all birds and enjoyed raising chickens and quail.

A visitation will be held Thursday November 6 at Christian Family Center from 9:30 am - 11:00 am with a funeral service starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Cheramie Cemetery.
