Doris L. Savoie, 90, a native and resident of Larose, LA passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015.
Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM on Friday, May 29, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 PM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Brent Savoie and wife Kathy, Dale Savoie and wife Barbara; daughter, Anne Cheramie; half-brother, Burke Landry; half-sister, Loisel Landry; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney E. Savoie; son-in-law, Mike Cheramie; parents, A. Landry and Dorothy F. Dressel; step father, Sidney Dressel and half-sister Hazel Pigg.
Doris was a member of the Larose Senior Citizens.
