Dolores Dupre Breaux

Dolores Rita Dupre Breaux, age 88, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 7:25 a.m. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Houma on Friday, January 20, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held in Bayou Black Cemetery in Houma.

Dolores is survived by her husband of 66 years, Floyd Anthony Breaux; sons, David M. Breaux, and Brian C. Breaux and wife, Dione; daughters, Gail B. Champagne and Companion, Ricky Trahan, and Cathy B. Louviere; sister-in-law, Dolores R. Dupre; grandchildren, Jesse, Nicki and Brittany Breaux, Christopher Breaux and wife, Stephanie, Ross Breaux and wife Kelsey, Jake Champagne and companion, Gretchen Duplantis, Kellie Luke and Garret Louviere and companion, Nataleigh Shreve; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Dolores was preceded in death by her son, Keith A. Breaux; parents, Renaud Joseph and Virgie Mae Naquin Dupre; son-in-law, Heath M. Louviere; brother, Reynold A. Dupre.

Dolores was a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, walking, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
