David “Perch” Ougel, 65 a native and resident of Larose, La. passed away on Friday August 28, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery on Friday September 11, 2020. at 11:00 a.m.
Perch is survived by his brothers Robert Ougel and Nolan Ougel, Jr.
Perch was preceded in death by his parents; Nolan, Sr. and Francis Chauvin Ougel; and brother, Chris Ougel.
Perch was an Saints fan and loved football.
