Darren James Savoie

Darren James Savoie, 62, a native of Rita, LA and a resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Holy Savior Cemetery, Lockport, LA.

He is survived by his mother, Janine Savoie; children, Leila Savoie (Reggie), Brent Loupe (Shelbi), Chelsea Loupe; Brett Loupe (Kendra); grandchildren, Addie, Alex, Javon, Darrius, Adysen, X’Dravien, Passion and Blaize; great grandson, Karter; brothers, Grady Savoie and Danny Savoie and the mothers of his children, Lynn LeBlanc and Ruth Savoie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Savoie, Jr.; sister, Debbie Vedros and brother, Kevin Savoie.

 Darren enjoys Harley’s and family gatherings. He will be greatly missed.
