Darlene Dufrene Cortez, 39, a native of Waggaman, LA and a resident of Des Allemands, LA passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2015 and from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Des Allemands Mennonite Church. Religious services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday with burial to follow in the Mennonite Cemetery.
She was survived by her husband, Ryan Cortez; daughters, Marigny and Marley Cortez; mother, Sandra Dufrene; father and step mother, Irvin and Patricia Dufrene; sisters, Sheila Celino and husband Scott; Charlene Dufrene and companion Gilda Frederick and God child, Lauren Celino.
Darlene was a member of the Des Allemands Mennonite Church.
Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
