Daisy S. Duet, 94, a native of Larose, LA and a resident of Galliano, LA, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 12, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galliano, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at Cheramie Cemetery, Galliano, LA.
She is survived by her daughter, Audrey Pitre and husband Errol P. Pitre; grandchildren, Chad A. Pitre, Trish Pitre, Suzanne Miller and husband Kevin; great grandchildren, Jordy and Jamie Pitre, Abby Thibodaux, Bryson and Cooper Miller and great-great granddaughter, Mia Pitre.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin J. Duet; parents Armant Savoie, Sr. and Lucie Richoux Savoie; brothers, Elix J. Savoie, Estival S. Savoie, Sidney Savoie, Neuves Savoie, Duffy P. Savoie, Armant L. Savoie, Jr.,; sisters, Beulah S. Trosclair, Cesla S. Adams, Victoria S, Curole and Thelma S. Danos.
She was a member of St. Joseph Ladies Altar Society.
