D. (David) Steven Yeadon

D. (David) Steven Yeadon, age 74, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2026. He was born on July 7, 1952.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, David Allou Yeadon and Jeanne Adelaide Bonnette.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Mrs. Sheila O’Shaughnessy Yeadon; his brother, William “Bill” Yeadon, and sister-in-law, Gail; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Steve’s family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and cared for Steve and Sheila during this difficult time. Your kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness are deeply appreciated.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bucktown, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until the service.

The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial at 12:00 p.m. at Carrollton Cemetery in New Orleans.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1520 Chickasaw Avenue, Metairie, LA 70005, or to a charity of your choice.
