Carrie Cheramie Rigaud, 90, a native and resident of Cut Off, LA, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013 in Houma, LA.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Jules Rigaud; daughter, Janell Rigaud Sanders and husband Richard; sister, Una Doughty and 2 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edmond Rigaud; parents, Clovis Cheramie, Sr. and Selima Gisclair Cheramie; brothers, Lyette Cheramie, C.J. Cheramie, Jr. and sisters, Lowene Badeaux and Annabelle Sandras.
Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
