Carol Lee Boudreaux, 82, a native of Houma and resident of Gray, passed away at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.

She is survived by her sons, Emmett and his wife, Margaret, and Charles and wife, Jenny Boudreaux; brother, Dalton "Bickey" Arceneaux and wife, Joyce; and five grandchildren, Amy, Jessica, Jonah, Elliott and Anne W. Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray James Boudreaux; son, Robert Lee Boudreaux; grandson, Robert "Moon" Boudreaux; and parents, Carlton and Carrie Boston Arceneaux.
She loved cooking and tending to flowers. She was a parishioner of St. John's Episcopal Church.
