Raceland
Beverly Ledet Pitre, 93, a native and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9:00 am until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Raceland, LA.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hudson M. Pitre; her parents, Eugene and Aline Guidroz Ledet; her sister and brother-in-law, Lucy Mae and Charles E. Laughlin, Jr.
She will be remembered for her love of horses and cats.
The family would like to thank Hope Hospice for her care.
In lieu of flowers, please have masses said for her soul.
