Betty Myrick Cole

Betty Jean Myrick Cole, 91, a native of Stringer, MS and a resident of Houma, passed away on March 12, 2019.
Visitation will be held from 11 AM until service time on Thursday, March 14 at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II.
She is survived by her 2 children, Michael Cole and wife, Pamela and Martha Cole Lapeyrouse; 3 grandchildren, Cari Lapeyrouse, Jordan Michael Cole, and Kristen Cole Lewis and husband, Colin Drew Lewis; and sister, Dorothy Johnson of Gainesville, FL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Cole; parents, John and Hilda Myrick; and 3 siblings, Wilson Myrick, Ruth Jackson, and Magdalene Myrick.
