Beryl Ford Trepina

Beryl Ford Trepina, 84, a native and resident of Luling, LA, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025, surrounded by loving family.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday September 20, 2025 at

St. Anthony Catholic Church, Luling. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Luling, LA.

She is survived by her daughters, Mitzi Jobe (Todd) and Vickie Hebert ( Donnie); grandchildren, Brandon Trepina (Angela), Austin Jobe and Devin Hart (Catherine); Great Grandchildren,

Samuel Trepina, Claire Trepina and Hayze Hart; brother, Patrick Ford, Jr. and sisters,

Diane North (Barry), Romona Eusea (Beno), Sister In Law, Carole Ford.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Trepina; son Michael Trepina; grandson, Chad Hart; parents, Patrick Ford, Sr. and Nettie Breaux Ford; brother, Warren Ford and sister, Patricia Faucheaux.

She enjoyed life to the fullest. From attending Hahnville football games with family every Friday night to Saturday and Sunday cheering on the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints. Beryl took great pride in her gardening daily and working outdoors. Her faith in the Lord was strong, making sure to attend church every Sunday and obeying every single obligation. She was always looking to help anyone she encountered, in any way possible. She quit her job at Union Carbide to care for her parents until they were called to heaven. She was then able to help with taking care of others in need in Luling/Hahnville. Sitting, caring, and cleaning when needed to help. Although she faced difficult health problems the last few years, her spirit was always lifted at the sight or sound of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving soul to her parents, family, friends and the community. She will be deeply missed yet remembered for her caring spirit. Heaven just gained another angel.
