Aswell Louis "White" Pitre, a native of Larose, and resident of Houma, died at 4:57 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2013.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his brother, Urbin "Joe" (Gloria) Pitre Jr.; and sister, Olinda B. (Jackie) Fayette.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Urbin Sr. and Ursula Comeaux Pitre; and brothers, Charles Sr. and Leroy Pitre.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
