Arlene is survived by her companion, John Loupe; sons, Kevin Michael (Alison) Howell, and Randy James (Nancy) Schieferstein; grandchildren, Dillon, Anthony (Holly), Lydian, Harleigh, and Karleigh; great grandson, Tobias Jackson James Perez; brother, Richard (Nancy) Howell, Jr.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, Richard, Sr. and Jeanette Panikowski Howell; brother, Dennis Michael Howell.
Arlene will be missed by all who knew her.
