Amos “Josh” Dufrene, 88, a native of Des Allemands, LA and a resident of Augusta, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
He is survived by his children, Karen Dickey (Bruce); Kerry Dufrene (Wendy), Lugene Estey (Ed), Timothy Dufrene (Gaynell) and Bradley Dufrene (Rita); sisters, Dessie Burson and Vonnie McBlair; 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor “Tulut” Rogers Dufrene; son, Brian Dufrene; parents, Pierre Jr. and Lucia Authement Dufrene; brother, Walter Dufrene and sisters, Annie Dufrene, Walterine Comardelle, Winnie McCully and Eula Dufrene.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
