Alvin J. “Vin” Bourg, 92, a native of Montegut, LA and a resident of Harahan, LA, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Visitation will be from 8:00 am until 9:30 am on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Falgout Funeral Home, Houma, LA. Religious services will be at 9:30 am with burial to follow in Dugas Cemetery, Montegut, LA.
He is survived by his cousin, Henry Courteaux and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Catherine Courteaux Bourg and brother, Raymond Bourg.
Alvin was a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Breakfast Coffee Club.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
