Aline Ann Clouate Champagne

Aline Ann Clouate Champagne passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in Metairie, Louisiana, at the age of 76. She was born on Tuesday, July 5, 1949, in Killona, Louisiana, to the late Aline Guillot Clouate and the late Dennis Joseph Clouate, Sr. She was a resident of Luling, Louisiana.

Aline is survived by her husband of 58 years, Leon James Champagne; her sons, Jason Dennis Champagne (Andrea) and Ross Michael Champagne (Lauren); her beloved granddaughter, Isabella Champagne; her sister, Diane Clouate Albarado (Cliff); and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Joseph Clouate, Sr.; mother, Aline Guillot Clouate; sister, Laura Mae Clouate Oubre; and her brothers, Mark Clouate, Floyd Clouate, and Dennis Clouate, Jr. A private celebration will be held by the family.
