Alan J. Brou, 72, a native of Luling, Louisiana and a resident of Raceland, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
Alan is survived by his wife, of 49 years, Janice Breaux Brou; son, Nathan John Brou; daughter, Jessica Brou Price (Sheldon); grandchildren, Carson Price and Laney Price; God child, Jason Brou (Christine); brothers, James Brou (Joanne), Greg Brou (Rebecca), Gordon Brou (Tina); sister, Cheryl Brou Mahler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Elinor Brou; and his brother in law, Dennis Mahler.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, Louisiana beginning at 11:00 AM with Military Honors starting at 12:30 PM followed by a funeral liturgy at 1:00 PM with burial to follow to St. Hilary Cemetery in Raceland, Louisiana.
